1. Inquiry quotation.

2.You Confirm the price range, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.

3.Ai Cheng sales received sample charge, start the samples

4.Your confirm final Sample and price, Delivery time ,Payment term acceptable

5. Release to Ai Cheng official PO. Our sales send the Proforma Invoice for confirm.

6. You make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.

7.Pre-Production samples approval Ai Cheng sales will use mass production fabric to make the final samples will send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the final lead time.

8. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.

9. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .

10. Clients make payment for balance and Ai ChengShip the goods

11. Feedback to AI CHENG about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better .

Regarding to the Package :

 Usually the item was packed by individual opp bag. customized packing ways also could be accepted.
Usually our carton was 60x51x52cm , and the customized size carton also could be accepted.

If you have your own shipping forwarder ,we can ship goods to your forwarder directly .
If you have no forwarder ,we will recommend some shipping forwarder for u ,our shipping forwarder have cheapest shipping cost and fast delivery  with best servise .We will track shipping update information for u all the time until you received goods .

1. Q : What is your best price for this ?

A : Our Toys' price based on specific designs and purchasing quantity, rough quotation will be estimated from picture, and we will have exact price after sample making.



2. Q : Can you make my own design ?

A: yes ! we have not just our designer team for new designs development each month, but also accept customization of clients’ own design



3. Q : how long is your sample time and mass production time

A : sample time usually is 7 days after sample fee received, sample fee is 50-100USD/ design and it is refundable once quantity reaches 1000pcs. Mass production time is 30-40 days after receiving 30% deposit.



4. Q: what is your payment terms ?

A: our payment terms is T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery .



5. Q: What is your terms of delivery

A: EXW ,FOB, CIF is available for us.
