Q: Are you a plush toys manufactory or a trade company ?
A: We are a manufactory with the history of 14 years and have more than 1000 employees by now.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: By T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance to be paid before shipment or against the copy of B/L.
Q: How much is the sample fee ?
A: The sample fee is $70 per design. it will be refunded when the order quantity is above 3000 pcs/style.
Q: What is the Sample and Mass production lead time?
A: 1) Sample time: 5 -7 working days;
2) Mass production time: Generally, 25-35 days according to the order quantity.
Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?
A: Each plush toy will be packed into a individual poly bag, then will be put into A=B carton with proper quantity, carton size will depend on customers' requirments, or with our recommendtion of reasonable size.
Q: I haven't done business with you guys before, how can I trust your company?A: Our company has been in for 8 years, which is longer than most of our fellow suppliers, we've been golden suppliers for years. What's more, we've got quite a lot authority certificates, such as ICIT, ISO9001, GSV, Alibaba onsite check certificate. We hope those above will be persuasive enough.
