5.What is included in products?

It includes inflatable products, blower, kit bag(including the same colors material, glue),ground sheet.

6.What kind of guarantee you give?

Our inflatable product can be used more than 3 years. If it was damaged, you can use the glue and materials to repair it. Giving that it is a too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

9.How do I pay?

Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your account to our account.

10.How do you start the order?

We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment. If the order is urgent, you need pay 100% in advance.

11.Producing time?

Our regular producing time for 1pcs is 6-10 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

12.Shipping?

Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be USD200.00 for 1pcs. If you ordered more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be less than USD200.00. Air charge is different between different countries.

13. How do I clean the inflatable?

Just use soap and water. BUT No solvents. Make sure it is dry before packaging it.
