1.what kind of the blower do you provide? What we can do if the blower is broken
CE Blower:220v, 50HZ, 750W, 950W, 1100W, 1500W
UL Blower:110V,50HZ, 750W, 950W, 1100W, 1500W
Warranty of the blower is one year after the goods be send out.
We would compensate new blowers if the blower is broken with one year, which was used in the correct way. The shipping cost and resulting cost would be on customers.
2.How long is the warranty and what is your warranty included?
Our warranty for inflatable toys is 3 years, In this period we provide repair kits for free.
3.How can I repair items once its broken ?
A: don’t worry ,the repair process is very simple, we can send you repair kit for free ,and provide repair video if need.
4.Delivery time of the goods?
Delivery time for depend on the quantity of the order. If you need urgently, please make confirm earlier, we will speed up the production on the premised of ensuring quality.
5.what kind of printing do you use?
We mainly have the digital print, silk print and hand print. The quality print meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital print, the liquid protection is also imported from abroad. The high level painting makes Happy Walk products will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain for a long time.
6.What is the specialty of your stitching? How many stitches per inch?
We do double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and double stitching outside, and to make sure the inflatables are strong enough. And the density for stitching is 12-15 stitches per inch.
