High Precision Equipment and Workmanship
All sewing inflatable products are made by high precision sewing machines imported from Japan and using unique 12 in one waterproof nylon threads. We use double stitching for both inside and outside of the product and quadruple stitching for the force loading bottom. For each corner and connection, there are reinforce straps to make sure the product are safe enough for all kinds of jumping and playing. The length of each single sewing need is 3mm-8mm.
All air-tight inflatable products are made by high temperature multi-function fusion splicer which is excellent for high efficient massive production and durable air-tight inflatable products.
It is also considered as the best machine for producing giant inflatable tents, water parks, and water walking balls, water rollers, grass balls, inflatable swimming pools, biogas bags, inflatable boats, rubber boats and fishing boats. It can perfectly and firmly combine each part of product together according to the characteristics of materials. As a result, our air-tight products have won a good reputation for beautiful appearance and excellent quality.

Durable Zipper and Safe Air Value Sheet
Each inflatable product is designed with a strong zipper in the bottom for quick deflation and an air flap for force dispersion. For sake of security, inside airbag is designed with safe air value sheet for sudden accidents. For example, if the blower stops working, the air value sheet will slow down air leak and let people have enough time to get out of the product.
Packaging & Shipping 3.Professional Packing Service
For years, we dedicate to providing professional packing service for our customers. For each product, we use soft carpets for inner packing, waterproof PVC bags for secondary protection and transparent PE films for outer packing, in order to make sure that products won’t get damaged during transportation. Each package is attached with the exact picture of products and order number for easy classification.
