Application:
This machine is suitable for plastic bottle, glass bottle, paper container, metal Column Container. It can make all label with hot melt glue or only for both ends.
Performance:
1. This machine is easy to operate if need to change bottle and label, not need to replace any component parts, just need to do the simple changing.
2. one key type function choice switch, make the machine realize the shift from all gluing model to two-ends gluing model.
3. Operator just need to put the bulk labels in the label room, photoelectric detection automatically and take the label, gluing. The action of labeling can be finished in one minute.
4. Equipment built-in automatic temperature control, make the glue always maintain constant temperature. SCR automatic voltage regulation, make the glue temperature more accurate. Energy savings above to 40%.
5. The thickness of the film can be adjusted from 0.05mm-0.15mm. Accurate glue adjustment device is good to save hot melt glue consumption.
6. The improved rollers make the label and container closer, labeling more flat. Even suitable for container either big or soft.
7. The label control device can control the label and not happen taking two at the same time.
8. Label taking is pneumatic control and others electric control.
