Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer with design team.
Q2: Can you do customized garments with special color and logo based on your design?
A: Yes, we can. But the MOQ should be over 500pcs.
Q3: Can you customize new model of the garments?
A: Yes, we can. But you should prepay the fee of the sampling charge. Then we may refund that fee depending on your bulk order.
Q4: How long will it take to make new styles of the garments and finish proceeds bulk order?
A: about 1 month.
Q5:How many staff in factory?
A:300-400 people

Q7:How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples.
1. If we have the sample in stock,we will provide you,you just give us your Express A/C No.
2. if we do not have it in stock, we will make it for you, then you should pay the sample fee and freight, anyway the sample fee will pay back to you, 7-15days we can do the Sample

Payment
(1) Sample: 100% prepaid by T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash. Sample making charges can be fully refunded after real order placed.
(2) Bulk order: 30% deposit prepaid against order. Payment can be made by T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash etc. The balance should be received after pre-shipment inspection.
Delivery
(1) Sample: 5-7days after confirming all the details
(2) Bulk products: 35-40days after pre-production sample confirmed
