Features:
1. High accuracy weighing module can measure accurately with tolerance less than 0.2g per filling time.
2. Double Weighing System, Each filling nozzle have two sets of weighing devices, saving weighing time, substantially improve efficiency, and save labor cost as well.(818B with three sets of weighing devices. )
3. Vacuum filling system, suitable for different materials of grids, non-airing materials can be used
4. Filling nozzles with special design avoid the down flying and scatted everywhere.
5. Parameter save function in the program, the data of different grids can keep and number by program for later using.

The speed of down filling machine is 2-4 times faster than that of manual method and30% faster than the 2nd generation of 618B machine;
Automatic down changing is realized which can save labor;

Non-contact weighing method is used, and the highest precision of single down filling can reach 0.01g;
According to given target gram weight, the actual down gram weight will be automatically increased or reduced as necessary during filling;

The overall working and production environment of down filling room has been greatly improved;
(4) Intelligent Management and Control
Filling data can be synchronously transferred to computer. Statements and such filling information as output can be directly inquired. And remote management can also be realized;
After Service:
If the machine has a hardware failure, our engineer will provide technical support on the phone. If the problem cannot be solved, our engineer will come to repair in person.
Software is no problem, can be changed by mistake. You can change the parameters according to the directions. or with our engineer check the parameters on phone.
