Q1: What kind of service Waywaytex can provide?
A1: We are OEM garment factory. Not only cut & sew, but, Waywaytex can also sorce the fabric for you.
Q2: How to apply the sample?
A2: Please send us the sample order and your own tech package. The primary cost of sample making is USD50 when the sample order confirmed by customers. Can the sample cost be deductable? Yes, we will deduct the sample cost in the bulk order for sure.
Q3: What's the delivery when customer places a bulk order?
A3: The average delivery is around 80 days after confirmed bulk order. The delivery is depands on the style design, fabric's available status, we will discuss it with customers ahead order confirmation.
Q4: What's the payment terms?
A4: 40% deposit and 60% before shipment ex-factory. The L/C is another payment term we can accept.
