The Use of Anti Static Cloths & Anti Static Shoes
As we all known, anti-static cloths is made of anti-static fabric, has esd function. It mainly reflects in preventing the electrostatic accumulation of the cloths. And it will not produce electrostatic when repeated friction.
Most of the people will has a question: Since anti static cloths can prevent electrostatic generation, why do the people still need l have to wear anti-static shoes? Anti static cloths and anti static shoes all can prevent electrostatic, but the active principles are different.
People put on anti static cloths is in order to isolate the cloth electrostatic that contact with electronic components, then prevent the electronic components damage by electrostatic, causing inevitable loss.For anti static shoes, its sole is made of electro conductive rubber. So its main function is human contact the ground then electrostatic discharge . The active principle is transmiting the electrostatic that produce by itself to the grounding, then realize preventing electrostatic interaction.
So most of the manufacture would equip the anti static cloths with the anti static shoes together. Using both of them could achieve the best anti static effect.
