A: We are a 100% manufacturer with 382 people and 28000 square meters factory located in textile&garment industrial base-Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province.
Q2: Where is your factory? And how can I go there?
A: Jiangxi Kangyi Clothing Co., Ltd located in No.23 Wenfeng Road, NanKang district, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China. There are direct flights from Shenzhen/Guanzhou/Shanghai to Ganzhou. There are about 30 minutes from our factory to Ganzhou Airport. When you plan to come, please contact the sales, we’ll send your detailed description. ( Remark: Shenzhen to Ganzhou: 1 hour and 15 min.s / Guangzhou to Ganzhou: 1 hour and 25 min.s / Shanghai to Ganzhou: 2 hours and 10 min.s. for your reference )
Q3: Will you arrange everything in China if we go to your factory?
A: Yes, please don’t worry, we’ll arrange everything, include free housing and dining arrangements.
Q4: What about your major products ?
A: Our major products are Pants, Shorts, Work Uniform, Bussiness Suit, Dust Coat, Sweater,
Q5: Do you offer OEM, ODM and OBM service ?
A: Yes, we accept.OEM: you should provide us your design draft or CAD plate. Also you should confirm fabric. Many optional fabrics to choose, customer provided fabric is also accepted. ODM: We accept OEM orders for all our production lines, including client's logos and labels. After many years of exploration and development, we are sure we can meet all your requirements. OBM: We have 3 our own brands, KANGYI, Xinqina, Fuxin.
Q6: What about MOQ?
A: 600pcs/color/style. Trail order: 300pcs/color/style.
Q7: Do you provide free sample ?
A: Dear customers, we have sample policy, some samples are free, some are not, but we’ll get reasonable sample fee. In addition, we will refund the sample fee if customers place the order. Please contact the sales for details.
Q8: How long is the sampling time?
A: Normal 7-10 days.
Q9: What about price ?
A: Please send product model no. to us, we’ll offer you the best price. If you have requests of the shell fabric, accessories and workmanship, please let us know the details, we’ll quote as your requests.
Q10:What about your shipment date?
A: Usually 10-35 days after everything confirmed, it also depends on your order quantity and our production schedule.
Q11: What’s the shipment method do you offer?
A: For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX. For huge order, sea cargo is the best choice.
Q12: How does your factory make quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Our QA&QC will follow ISO procedures to control the products’ quality. All products have to pass strict inspection before they go out.
Q13: What certifications do you have?
A: KANGYI are qualified by ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015.
Q14: How to guarantee clients interests?
A: We have 360 degree guarantee policy:a. After you approved the sample, before you place an order and pay for the deposit, cordially welcome you to pay a visit to our factories, we are sure that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do.b. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods, if mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.c. If we do not ship on time, we’ll bear the corresponding liability.
