1. ESD Smock Material
1). Polyester + Conductive
It has excellent anti-static function, but also can prevent the fabric fiber taken off effectively. It can reduce the leakage of fine dust particles from the fabric gap. It have other characteristics ,like no environmental impact (high temperature), chemical stability (washing). It is suitable for clean room for class 10 to 10000. It widely applied to electronics, medicine, bio-engineering, optics, aerospace, aviation and other industries.
2).T/C + Conductive
The fabric feel soft, comfortable,and breathable. As well it can wash many times. It can be processed into a variety of high-grade anti-static cotton overalls.
It is suitable for use in storage and transportation, chemical industry, gas, oil, coal mine, sea transportation, aerospace, military and other flammable and explosive working environment.

Anti-static work clothes is best to use a neutral detergent cleaning, and do not wash with other clothing.The best way is used hand washing or washing machine soft wash procedures to avoid conductive fiber fracture. Wash the water temperature should be below 40 ℃. If you chose rinse, the water should under homoeothermy. The washing time is as short as possible, but must be rinsed thoroughly to remove residual detergent. If a esd cloth have with anti-oil functions, it can’t be use bleach and organic solvent decontamination.
