Q1: What about the shipping methods?
A1: For urgent or small order, you can choose the following express: UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL,EMS.
For large bulk order, we advise to ship by sea/air to save shipping cost
Q2: What about the payment methods?
A2: Normally we accept 30% deposit TT before product, and 70% balance before shipment. Also LC is acceptable for the amount is more than $30,000.
And Paypal, Western Union are available for sample fee.
Q3: Can we have samples to check the quality and pattern?
A3: Yes, samples are available. And at the first time, we need to charge sample fee.
Sample fee is double price of its actual value. And for the customized items, you need to pay extra charge for the mould fee.
Q4: Will the sample fee refund?
A4: Yes, we will return the sample charge when placed order.
Q5: Is OEM/ODM acceptable?
A5:OEM/ODM are available. Also our experienced sales will give you our advise depends on your require about material, size, printing and target price.
Q6: How long a sample order take? How about bulk production?
A6: Generally, the lead time of sample is 3-7 days after receiving sample fee, and the lead time of bulk production is 15-35 days from the day you confirm the pp sample.
Q7: What is MOQ?
A7: 10pcs per color for the stock styles.
And 200-1500pcs/color depends on different printing methods, size and material.
