1: All our dresses are made according to your own measurements and color you want after your payment, so we can not refund you under any circumstances if your dress has been tailoered . Please confirm your order before your payment to assure that you will get the one as you like. When you received your dress, If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, you can contact us for refund or compensation. 2: Also we can not refund you if there is any special changes you required on the dress. |
| Size problem |
1: As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized tailored, the finished gowns may vary by approximately 1-2.5 cm, To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with addition fabric in the seams so that you can fix the size easily. 2: If you find the products have big size problems, please feel fress to contact us directly. |
| Color problem |
1: As computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% same as the color on your computer. 2: And also different fabrics show different color degree even on a same color. So we will not accept any return for slightly difference of color. Please kindly understand us. |
