| A1: According to your reflective safety vest design drawing. Sample time: 5-7days . |

| Q3: How much will be the sample charge? |

A: It depends on which sample style you require and the quantity you ask for the sample. After having your answers of above questions, we will quote to you sample charge accordingly. |
| Q4: Will the sample charge be refunded? |

A: The sample charge will be refunded when order placing and the order quantity is not less than our M.O.Q. |

| Q9: How do you make the quality control? |
| A: We strictly carry out 4 steps in the process of manufacturing: |
| 1. Incoming inspection; |
| 2. In-process inspection; |
| 3. Semi-finished product inspection; |
| 4. Finished product inspection |
| What we do: |

1. Vendor Assessment. Each Vendor is assessed according to their QC system. At a minimum, each vendor must identify their products by batching and testing according to the standards they claim. |

2. Vendors of primary raw materials must identify each bolt of fabric and roll of tape with batch numbers. |
|
3. Vendors of our primary raw materials must possess test equipment which is regularly calibrated . |
|
4. Vendors of our primary raw materials must carry out regular batch testing of their products. |
| 5. Vendors of our primary raw materials must maintain records for at least 3 years. |
|
6. Each production carries a Lot Number / Batch Number system which tracks our production linking incoming raw materials, customer’s order, machinists in our factory and QA staff in our factory. |
|
7. QC procedure. All stages of the production process are subject to QC controls and recorded accordingly. |

| Q: Do you have certificates? |
| A: We have EN20471, EN1150, EN471, ANSI, Oeko-Tex, REACH certificates. We can email the copy to you for reference. |
| Q: Is your fabric material AZO-FREE? |
| A: Yes, we have certificate for the fabric material of AZO-FREE. |
| Q: Does your fabric material poisonous metal –free? |
| A: Yes, we have REACH report for it. We can email the copy to you for reference. |
