1).ai or .eps vector graphic format is preferred and all texts must be converted to outlines/curves
2) non vector based art in .psd should be created in full size and at least at 300dpi resolution.
3) colors will be printed in CMYK, if there is a specific color you need a part of your design to be, please indicate Pantone (PMS) color for us to match.
