2014 Customized Photo Puzzle (PTA4)

Operation Process:

1. Select the image from your scan, camera or designed by your own creative.
2. Print the image with ink jet printers, like Epson, HP and so on.
3. Put the printed paper on the fabric surface of puzzle and fastened it by heat resistant tape, then placed on the silicon flat mat which is on the above of the work table.
4. Adjust the pressure in proper situation and set the time in 120s and the temperature in 180c.
5. When the temperature rise up to 180c, push down the pressure handle and the sublimation transfer process begins.
6. After 120 seconds, the bell ring and take up the pressure handle.
7. Take the printed paper away from puzzle and a personalized printed puzzle is finished.
