1. MOQ?
100pc per style*color usually.
2. Price?
It varies mainly with quantity & logo embellishment cost, so it is appreciated if logo artwork offered before exact pricing. EXW / FOB / CNF / CIF or Door-to-Door is acceptable well.
3. Time?
Sampling: 4~6 days usually for basic style and stock fabric. It takes a few days more for special color, fabric or complicated style.
Mass production at different quantity: 20~35 days upon sample approval and deposit receipt if stock fabric used; 35-45 days for special dye fabric.
If there is any rush/urgent shipment, we would appreciate that customer advises us as early as possible before formal order. We will try all our best to push an earlier production time for you.
4. Shipping Way?
1) by sea 15~35 days,
2) by air 3~5 days,
3) international express DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT, NSE, etc, 2~4 day.
5. What is your production capacity?
350,000 dozen annually.
6. We are located at the East coast of US, what are the shipping options?
It is subject to your budget & timing. Usually, several hundreds units by air, thousands by sea, or some by air urgently then the rest by sea.
Before delivery, kindly please advise us your current forwarder so that we can arrange the shipment to your destination either by air or sea.
7. Does your factory only produce caps? What other products do you make?
Besides different kinds of headwear, we also supply related items such as T-shirts, gloves, scarves, tote bags. If you are interested in any of them, kindly please send us your sample for quotation and sampling.
8. If I have a rush samples, how can you help to speed up the process?
We will rush the samples upon your prompt confirmation of styles/colors/logo /embellishment, and send you digital images before actual sample sent. When you are satisfied, we would appreciate if you could provide us your courier account such as FedEx, DHL, UPS & TNT for prompt shipment.
9. What kind of files format you support if I send artwork through email?
We would be able to open most valid graphics files like *.jpg / *.bmp / *.gif / *.png / *.pdf / *.ai / *.cdr; however, *.pdf / *.ai / *.cdr is necessary for exact print.
10. What kind of files format you support if I send digitize tape for embroidery?
We would be able to open nearly all valid embroidery files like *.emb or *.dst.
