What are the process of manufacturing felted products?
Felt handicraft are manufactured by various process like dying, pressing, stitching and decorating. Most of the people in the world don’t know about felt and felt handicraft. Firstly wool are carded and dyed in different colours. Wool are dyed by machine with exact colour. After that worker mostly women start felting the wool by using soap, detergents, hot water and other required material. After felting( compressing) wool will change in to a sheet or can directly make the balls, bags, purses,shoes, hats & accessories. After making any exact design product, that will be dried in sun. And final things like decorating, stitching, lining cotton etc are done.
