Modacrylic/cotton flame retardant fabric is blended with modacrylic fiber and cotton, when modacrylic fiber is blended with cotton and other cellulose fibers, its limit oxygen index (LOI) can reach 28 to 32.
The fabric’s outstanding flame retardant performance will not reduce as time goes by or with the washing times. The fabric is permanent flame retardant, soft and resilient, shaggy and feels like wool, and has good heat retention property, now is widely used in kid’s wear, toy, workwear, home textile etc. reach the standards of EN11611, EN11612, CFR1610, CFR1616/1615, BS5722, EN71 etc.
