A: The MOQ in HBtoy could be 200pcs or 100pcs, but the most suitable q'ty should be 2000pcs.
2. What's your Sample Policy?
A: Only one picture be provided, then we can design a real stuffed toy for you. and we accept no revision times limited in 6 months before you confirm the mass order.
3. Do you return the sample charge?
A. Yes, once your total quantity reaches 2000pcs at no matter how many orders, then the sample charge will be returned.
4. What's the production time for 1k pcs / 5k pcs/ 10k pcs?
A. For 1k pcs, the production time should be 25 working days
For 5k pcs, the production time should be 35 working days.
For 10k pcs, the production time should be 45 working days.
5. What's the fake item rate for OEM order?
A. It should be controlled in 0.2%
6. What's the payment policy?
A. We accept PayPal(for sample order only), T/T, L/C. for mass order, then it could be 30% deposit + the balance amount should be paid against B/L copy in 5 working days.
