Question 1: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes
Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?
Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7 days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo, for example. Payment can be made through T/T or Western Union or Paypal.
Question 4: How can I get my hats if I place the order to you?
Answer: That depends on the quantity your ordered.
Question 5: Can i order 50 pieces or 100 pieces?
Answer: From our exisiting design we accept small quantity. Customized design should meet our produce mqq.

Small quantity for our exisiting design would be fine, assorted styles and colors are available
Small order and sample order, normally it’s by express, like FDEX, DHL,UPS, and so forth. Customers are welcome to choose their preferred way of shipment.
Small order’s delivery time is 7 business days after payment.
OEM and ODM orders (bulk produce)
Customized designs, materials, sizes and colors are accepted
We could produce the design as your requirement.
For large quantity shipment, normally we use our own forwarder, because it’s highly efficient. But customer designated forwarder is also welcome.
Large quantity delivery time would always meet customer requirement, normally it’s 15 to 30 days.
