A:in general , we could offer customer for 1-2 samples free without any logo print. But if you prefered to print your own logo on the products,we will charge some sample cost,but it could be refundable after your order is confirmed and meet with our required quantity. 

Q:3.What kinds of file you accept to make printing?

A: you had better offer us CDR,PDF ,AI formate  files .

Q:4.If you could make my design shape of products? 

A:Yes,we could make customized shape and size products.We are full of expensive to make OEM and ODM products. As our factory have our own design and develop department,Please just leave your idea to us,we could give you our best way to solve your problem and any good idea is welcome.

Q:5.How long can I get the samples I have required?

A:Genereally if you could accept our exsisting sample,you could receive samples in 1-2 days after we have received your courier charge. But if you have required make logo printing, it will takes about 3-7 days after we have received your sample charge cost; and if you have required to make customized shape,size,it will takes about 10-12 days to make a new mould for us to produce it. 

Q:6.How about the lead time for mass production? 

A:7-15 days after confirmed order.

Q:7.What's your terms for payment and shipment? 

A: we mainly accept payment by T/T,Western Union,Money Gram.
