Overview of OSKING TM China Heat Insulation Glass Wool:
OSKING TM heat insulation glass wool is a silk-like material made by fiberizing melted glass and then coating with thermosetting resin through centrifugal blowing process. By means of thermal setting, this material can be further process into series of products for multi-purpose uses, such as fiber glass wool board, blanket, fiber glass air-conditioning duct and so on.
At the system HOT END, the raw materials are dosed, mixed, melted, centrifuged to fiber, impregnated with a special binder and formed into a primitive mat of very fine fiber glass. Continuous conveyors transport the mat to the COLD END of the plant for binder polymerization. The product is then cut to shape and packed for shipping.
OSKING TM heat insulation glass wool is mainly with four kinds of colors, which are yellow, white, pink and black, as well as four different facing which are FSK, Kraft, white cover, and BGT.
OSKING TM heat insulation glass wool production lines range from 5 to 700 tons/day capacity (100,000 to 1,500,000 tons/year), and are fully automated thanks to PLC and SCADA systems.
All OSKING TM lines comply with the latest international environmental regulations.
