The introduction of adhesive CHMA600 is dual-component, 10:1 ratio, 100% reactive adhesive, designed for seaming and jointing acrylic solid surfaces and other surfacing materials containing densified Polyester Sheet, Thermoplastic Plastic, GRP, Aluminium alloy. It apply to kitchen & bathroom countertops, hotel worktops . It can fabricate a seamless benchtop, sink and splashback package, offering a hygienic solution that is well-suited to kitchens, food preparation areas, healthcare and bathroom environments as an alternative to stone, granite and marble benchtops. Solid surfaces adhesive are also ideal for bathroom vanity tops with integrated basins. The feature Strong bond performance CHMA600 adhesive exhibits superior bond strength on acrylic solid surface. Faster cure at room-temperature It features a working time of 8-13minutes, cure time of 20-25 minutes and can be sanded after 25minutes. Create seamless joints Advanced bonding strength and various surfacing colors assist the fabricators to produce virtuallly invisible joints on bonded surface.
