UHMWPE Sheet(UHMWPE):
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene roller cylinder is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene which has amusing performance. It retains all excellent performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, wear-resistant is 7 time than steel, and 3 times than nylon. It has good self-lubricating, shock, eliminate noise & vibration, anti-adhesive, anti-corrosion, and anti-aging properties. Its light weight is only 1/7 of manganese steel. So it’s the best material for bulk storage material and transport equipment lining, such as silos and launder. It’s widely used in the industries of power, steel mills, coal mines, and so on. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) plates has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, coal, cement, lime, slag, salt, cereals, powdered material hoppers, silos, fitted lining. Due to its excellent abrasion resistance, self-lubricating and non-stic, it can prevent sticking phenomenon in storage & transportation equipment, and guarantee a stable transport.
