ZBQ-50/6handheld concrete grout injecting pump
Product Introduction
ZBQ-50/6 air injection pump is mainly used for mines, subways, tunnels, water, construction and broken rock grouting condensation works,can also be adapted for the mine face pregrouting.
ZBQ-50/6 air injection pump is driven by pneumatic , small size, light weight, step-less adjustment can let it automatically adjust the amount of constant pressure, and can be reliable, suitable for underground operations. Flammable, explosive, magnetic, radiation, and more dust, temperature change big, and watering places are safe to use.
Structure composition
ZBQ-50/6 pneumatic injection pump's basic structure is dominated by pipe racks, cylinder, piston, end caps, connecting boxes, hydraulic cylinder, intake and exhaust plasma cylinder, valve and some auxiliary pieces of composition. The pump is delivered with φ60mm, φ100mm two kinds of hydraulic cylinders and two sets of φ100m, grouting cylinder can be replaced if necessary. When replacing, loosen four M12 nuts of the cylinder left , remove the front cylinder head, cylinder scored. When the need to φ60mm cylinder, just take off the sleeve then directly installed φ60mm the hydraulic cylinder; when required φ100mm hydraulic cylinder, take off the φ75mm sleeve before and after the cylinder head , the sleeve can be installedφ100mm hydraulic cylinder after changed φ100mm sleeve.
