Constructioncharacteristic of the two stage hammer crusher.

1.     Two rotor crushing in up and down two-stage

Two sets of cascade rotorsmake the material crushing two times and get fine final products. The materialafter crushing by the hammer on rotor, they also will be crushed by collidewith each other reversely then achieved material less than 3mm, and can beunloaded directly.

2.     Noscreen ( grate  plate) , so have notstrictly limit for moisture and using for high moisture contain material.

The traditional finehammer crusher with grate sieve plate can not meet the raw material with themoisture content higher than 8%, if the moisture contain larger than 8%, itwould be jam. The two stage hammer crusher have not screen and solve thisproblem.

3. Unique gap adjustment technology

When the hammer is consuming,the gap between hammer and liner plate will be larger. And we design it properto move the position of hammer from the center to the outside to redue the gapwith liner plate and to continue to use. It is also allowable to push the linerplate outside-in to regular the gap and control the granularity of dischargedmaterial.

4.     Equippedwith balance wheel giving steady rotation and high inertia, saving electricityfor 20%.

5.     Centralizedlubrication system, oiling without machine halt, conveniently and efficiently.

6. Hydraulic pressure starting case

 Hydraulic pressurestarting and stopping equipment needs one person to start and stop the caseeasily, it is not only light and handy, but also safe reliable and convenientfor repairing.
