The key components of machines adopt HT250 high strength grey cast iron and have passed three-step aging treatments: artificial aging→ 6-month natural aging → vibratory stress relief after rough machining and 2-month natural aging again, which can ensure the stability and reliability of machining, the accuracy of reliable sizes, resistance for heavy cutting and they can keep the machining accuracy for a long time. The slide way of the machine tool has been made by supersonic frequency quenching and it has been accurately grinded by guide-way grinder with high precision, and the saddle rails adopt plastic treatment so that it decreases the friction coefficient and reduces the wear for slide way of the machine tool. The spindle is made of hot-rolled heavy-walled steel tube (45 #) and it goes through thermal refining and elaborately machining. Front and rear spindle bearings are all used high-speed spindle bearings of domestic wellknown brands, which can withstand radial and axial forces simultaneously.
