CONSTRUCTION
Sidewall conveyor belt is often used to prevent conveyed materials from falling down. It is composed with belt and raised edge. The structure and characters are as follows:
TYPE SIDEWALL APPLICATION
Straight-line sidewall conveyor belt
There is a straight-line sidewall higher than belt on either side of the belt. The height of the sidewall is about 10-30mm. It can convey powder, granular, paste and liquid materials that scatter easily.
Wedge-shape sidewall conveyor belt
There is non-connecting wedge-shape sidewall higher than belt on either side of the belt. The height of sidewall is about 20-80mm. It can convey powder, granular and small lump materials which scatter easily.
Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt There is continuous corrugated sidewall higher than belt on either side of the belt. The height of the sidewall is about 60-500mm. It can convey powder, granular small lump, paste and liquid materials that scatter easily.
SPECIFICATION & TYPES
Width 500mm-2000mm.
Heat resistant type, cold resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, anti-static conductive, high temperature resistant and hygiene type, etc. Other type of sidewall or special characters could be negotiated to trial manufacture.
APPLICATION & FEATURES
Apply to conveying materials under steeply inclination between 0° ~90° .
1. Max-inclination angle can be up to 90 degrees when working.
2. Big conveying ability and preventing materials from sliding off.
3. Easy to change the transportation angle either from level to inclination or from inclination to level.
4. Conveyor occupies small area
