Rock wool board is an economical lightweight thermal insulation material.
It consists of long fine fibers, spun from molten natural rock bonded with a thermosetting resin.
A suitable finish such as metal cladding is recommended to protect the insulation from weather or mechanical damage.

Kening Rock wool Performance:
1). Advantages Excellent thermal acoustic and fire insulation, Non-combustible, highly water repellent, resistant to high. temperatures, chemically inert. Low chloride content, easy to handle, cost effective, maintenance free, CFC and HCFC free.
2). Handling and storage Easy to cut to any shape with a sharp knife. For long-term protection they should be stored indoors or under a waterproof covering.
3). Acoustics -sound absorption Efficient sound absorbing insulation products, due to the open fiber structure. The tables below give the sound absorption values.
