Coke Powder Pressure Ball Machine

Coal pressure ball machine working principle:
　　The host is powered by electromagnetic motor, via  pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, coupling to the driving shaft. The driving shaft and the driven shaft through open gear ensures synchronous operation, and the driven gear seat is provided with hydraulic device.

Coal press ball machine structure:
　　1. The feeding part, is mainly to achieve by quantitative feeding to guarantee the uniform material into the roller. Skilled operation technology is the important condition to guarantee the normal work of ball press.
　　2. The transmission part, main transmission system is composed by motor, triangle strip,  reducer, open type gear, roll. The host is powered by electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, via  pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, coupling to the driving shaft.
　　3. The molding part, mainly refers to the host, the core part is the roll. According to  required ball density to adjust pressure, production flexibility.
