INTRODUCTION:

Starch, a high polymeric carbohydrate is a mixture of two polysaccharide, amylose and amylopectin. SUKAFEED.AMY MED is an amylum conversion enzyme derived from the submerged fermentation of Bacillus subtilis. The enzyme is widely used in feed, alcohol, beer, gourmet powder, starch sugar, etc.

1.      WORKING MECHANISM:

SUKAFEED.AMY MED can hydrolyze a-1.4 glucosidic linkages of starch, and cut it into shorter length dextrins and small amounts of low molecular carbohydrate. Amylose and amylopectin will be decomposed by random forms so as to drop starch paste viscosity, namely “liquefaction”. It can be also called liquefaction enzyme.

4. PACKAGING:

¨        Packaging: 500g/bag. Different packaging is available upon the request of our customers.

¨        Storage: Store in the room temperature (21-25℃), out of direct sunlight and humidity. By adequate storage, a retained activity of more than 90% is guaranteed up to 24 months after the date of production.

5. ATTENTION:

SUKAFEED.AMY MED is non-toxic and biodegradable. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided. Long term exposure to protein based products such as SUKAFEED.AMY MED may sensitize certain individuals to the product. Wash hands with warm soapy water after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
