How does rotary kiln work?
Thematerial is fed into the kiln through the chute at the end of the kiln. Due tothe inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls along thecircumference and moves from the kiln end (high end) to the kiln head (lowend). The fuel is injected into the kiln from the kiln end through the burner,and the heat is transmitted to the material through radiation, convection andconduction. The material is preheated, decomposed and fired in the kiln.Finally the finished material is discharged from the kiln head unit.

2. After the welding of bases for supporting devices ofsupporting roller and catching roller, vibration aging treatment should beapplied for remove the welding stress. Then, use vertical lathe andboring-milling machine for integration fabrication. This process can guaranteethe requirement of fabrication precision and dimension & locationtolerance. Installation accuracy of rotary kiln is obviously improved.
3. Temperature measuring point is reserved at bearingbase of supporting roller. It is mainly used for automation detection of kilnoperation status by insert the measuring device.
