Working principle
Working principle: GZT Series Vibrating Feeder is mainly composed by a pair same performance parameters vibration motor excitation, when the two vibration motors in the same angular velocity as the reverse operation, its eccentric inertial forces generated by repeated in a particular phase overlay or offset. Excitation resulting in the synthesis of a huge impetus to the body as in force on the spring bearing vibration, and this vibration is as a driving force to bring the material in the trough to make sliding and throwing motion, so that materials continue to move forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the material through the sieve of the tank, the small material can fall through the sieve of the gap and, without the next crushing process, meet a screening effect.
