Applications
The rotary table comes with large torque, allowing the vehicle mounted drilling rig to make a hole quickly.
In addition to water well drilling, our truck mounted drilling rigs are also commonly used in oil fields and the construction of building foundations, bridge foundations, dam and port foundations, and more.
Design advantages
1. BZC-150B truck mounted drilling rig is able to achieve directional and reverse circulation drilling. It is a truck mounted rotary drilling machine that can drill into Quaternary loose layer, gravel layer, bedrock layer, and more. It is ideal for drilling industrial deep well and water well for agricultural uses.
2. Great flexibility
This drilling machine is especially designed with a complete hydraulic system. The drill tower and the four support legs are all hydraulically controlled. Two rear-legs are horizontally extendable. Moreover, the 4 legs can be controlled and adjusted either independently or simultaneously, which allows operators to level the drilling equipment quickly and also increases the flexibility of the drilling rig.
3. Directional and reverse circulation
150B truck mounted drilling rig is equipped with IS150 water pump which serves for clean water observe circulation drilling, and 6BS sand pump which serves for reverse circulation drilling. Both pumps are driven through the transfer case. Through alternatively operation of the sand pump and the water pump, the drilling equipment achieves observe circulation drilling and reverse circulation drilling.
4. Reliable chassis
This vehicle mounted drilling rig comes with the CHANA TRUCK chassis, which ensures the chassis reliability. The main driving system, transfer case, gearbox, dual-winch, mud pump, sand pump, and drill tower, etc. are all mounted on the truck chassis.
5. Power system
BZC-150B truck mounted drilling rigs are equipped with automotive engines, and also additionally equipped with transfer case and hydraulic system. Hence, the truck and the drill rig mechanism can work simultaneously.
6. Driving system
The drilling rig is primarily mechanically driven. The drill stem comes in screw connection type. The screw connected drill stem is 5 times efficient than the flange connected type as a result of its unique design.
7. Special configurations
The truck mounted drilling rig is equipped with MF15KW generator set which provides convenience for equipment operation and maintenance at night.
It is also equipped with 7.5KW vacuum pump to assist in supplying water source to 6BS and 8BS sand pumps.
Steel wire rope devices are also available to increase the drilling pressure when necessary. Thus, the drilling rigs are able to drill into hard mud rock and strongly wheathered soils, and more.
