Anticorrosion Material

Anti-corrosive layer can protect metal or base body from the erosion to prolong its service life. Rubber and CT-B mining  wearproof liner in TROTOP can not only resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, mineral salt and organics, but also be high wear resistant, shock resistant and high adhesive .        

TROTOP adopts three kinds of techniqu: rubber plate bounding, liner  pre-vulcanization and CT-B wear resistant material spraying.        

TROTOP customizes the rubber and CT-B wear resistant material recipe in view of the different temperature, slurry, pulp PH value and  other technique requirements  raised by the customers. Then , TROTOP can adopt different anti-corrosive material such as, natural rubber, synthetic rubber (neoprene, butyl, butyronitrile , polybutadiene rubber and etc) to meet the demand.
