【production process】

Stone is sent into jaw crusher evenly by vibrating feeder for rough break, the coarse broken material is transported into pressure-blasting machine for further broken by belt conveyor. The finely materials are transferred to the vibrating screening for screen. The material achieving the requirement of finished product size is sent into washing sand machine for cleaning, then forming finished production after the output of finished conveyor belt; The materials not reaching the finished production size get reworked from vibrating screen to sand-making machine, thus forming a closed-circuit circulation processing. According to customers' demands, finished granularity can be combined and classified. If you choose dry process to produce, thick powder separator and dust removal equipment can be equipped.
