The 60G00 Series Boiler Feed Water Control Valve

The 60G00 Series boiler feed water control valve is a kind of high differential pressure control valve with the pressure balanced cage structure. The trim cage and plug adopt a mixed multi-hole and tandem structure. The fluids first pass the cage window for the first-stage throttling, and after three-stage continuous tandem throttling, flow velocity is effectively controlled at about 30m/s and cavitation damage is avoided. It has such features as high allowable differential pressure, good sealing performance, S type streamlined body channel, high flow, good dynamic stability of the control valve, etc. The throttling part is separable from the sealing face to effectively protect the sealing face. The trim surface is subjected to hardening treatment, reaching a hardness of about HRC70. It is featured by good erosion resistance and long service life. As one of the important control valves in boiler feed water systems in thermal power plants, the valve can also be used for controlling fluids of high differential pressure in petroleum, chemical industry and other industrial and automatic control systems. The boiler feed water control valve can be pneumatically or electrically controlled.
