The 60L00 Series Boiler Continuous Blowdown Valve

The 60L00 Series boiler continuous blowdown valve is a kind of anti-cavitation multi-stage pressure reduction valve. The specially designed trim enables fluid pressure reduction stage by stage, so that fluid velocity is controlled and cavitation damage is avoided. The throttling part is separable from the sealing face to effectively protect the sealing face. The trim surface is subjected to hardening treatment, reaching a hardness of about HRC70. It is featured by good erosion resistance and long service life. A large notch is opened on the plug surface, so that the plug will not be blocked if the fluids contain granules. The valve is mainly used for continuously removing some salts dissolved in boiler water in thermal power plants. It is one of the key valves that control high differential pressure saturated water in power plants.
