Production line and Procession

Pulp making

1)the waste paper will be sent to the pulper machine by the up-grading belt and it will be broken by the rotary blade inside the pulper 

2)After that the pulp will be sent to the sieve in order to remove debris and clean the pulp 

3)Then the pulp will be sent to the  eliminator to make this pulp better  

Pulp 

1)The pulp will be sent to pulp producing machine which will use vacuum pump for power to absorb the mold 

2)The mold will be absorbed on the 8 surface rotary machine which include 3 sets molds on each surface 

3) The wet mold will be put down on the stainless belt by air power 

Drying 

1)the belt will translate the wet molding to drying line 

2)It will be dry inside the drying machine by evaporation .inside the machine the temperature is suitable for it to dry
