Grinding Mill Line

Vipeak grinding mill line is widely used for material grinding in many industries, such as metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining and so on. It is suitable for grinding various kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials (with Mohs hardness below 9. 3 and humidity less than 6%), such as feldspar, calcite, talcum, marble, ceramics, manganese ore, iron ore, phosphate rock, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite, gold, red mud, clay, coke, coal gangue, porcelain clay, shale, basalt, gypsum, graphite, silicon carbide, and thermal insulation materials etc.
Working Procedures 
Large materials are reduced to small particles by jaw crusher, and the crushed materials are sent to stock bin by an elevator. The materials are evenly, quantitatively and continuously sent to the grinding chamber by vibrating feeder for grinding, and the ground power is taken away by airflow of the blower. After being classified by a classifier, the power with qualified fineness flows through the pipe into cyclone collector for separation, after this, power is discharged through the powder pipe. The airflow is sucked into the blower through the return air duct of the cyclone collector. The entire airflow system is a closed loop, and the airflow is circulated under a state of positive and negative pressure.
