Activated Carbon for Petrochemical Oil Refining:
Technology:
These series of activatedcarbon in granular form are made from fruit shell or coal, activated via hightemperature water steam method, under the process of crushing, after treatment.
Characteristics:
These series ofactivated carbon have the advantages of large surface area, developed porestructure, high adsorption capacity, high strength, well washable, easyregeneration function.
Using fields:
Widelyused in thermal power plants, petrochemical refineries in the waterpurification, desulfurization, deodorization, adsorption of gas changes andpetroleum catalytic reforming .Also used in fine desulfurization of varioussulfur gases, syn gas, petroleum gas, coal gas, casing-head gas and so on.Especially used in ethylene gas, food grade carbon dioxide desulfurization .Theseseries of activated carbon have special effect for organic sulfur removal, itcould be removed to below 1 ppm. The activated carbon can be regenerated , easyto operate .One-time cost and operating cost are very low .Such activatedcarbon has long working life and good using effection. It can also be used inthe fine desulfurization which in the sulfur content of 250ppm in the gas,using airspeed at 300-500 hr/1. Regeneration period, it is determined by thesulfur content from the entrance of the size .It may be from several weeks toseveral months.
