I. BRIEF INTRUDUCTION OF THE PRODUCTION LINE:
1. Insulating glass line with high automation level is fully controlled by PLC system. The operation is easy and humanized.
2. Touch screen operation interface. It is easy to transfer between automation and hand-operation. The function of single-stage working display shows the equipment working and possible trouble. It is easy to examine and repair it.
3. Self diagnosis system brings much convenience to the user.
4. Automatically distinguish the film of Low-E glass and coated glass.
5. The washing part is completely made of stainless steel. Tempered glass door makes the operation inside clearly monitored. Signal switch on the top of the door avoid possible injure to the operator.
6. Energy saving and interrupted system for the washing machine.

7. Specially design for the online and off-line Low-E glass with world leading KYNCE sensor.
8. Inverter control of the brush rotating perfectly protect the high level Low-E glass.
9. Apply oil less water-proof shaft and bearing in the washing machine. Avoid oil pollution and brightness defect especially for the Low-E glass.
10. Unique water nozzle design makes the maintenance easy and fast.
11. Heating system for the water and blowing air. Start it when the ambient temperature no more than 7 degree.
12. Static electricity release system. Avoid dirt absorption on metal coated glass and injure by static electricity (at your option).

13. Bottom roller conveying for the blowing part. Avoid press mark on the glass and damage on Low-E film.
14. The automatic twice press function make most of the IG line for over-long glass.
15. Apply polyurethane painted high density plywood for the plate. Promise a highly even conveying performance.
16. During producing large glass, the special roller design makes the glass fall-out phenomenon impossible.
17. Taiwan-made hydraulic system.
18. The key connections use expanded joint in stead of common union. This guarantee high adjustment precision and conveying reliability.
