Sand Washing Machine
Sand washing machine is applied for washing applications in sand plant, mine, concrete batching plant, and industries like building materials production, transportation, chemistry, water conservancy, etc. Our sand washing machine is a highly efficient machine designed on the basis of the detailed washing needs in mining industry and comes with features like good washing effect, reasonable structure, large capacity, and less sand loss during washing process. The transmission part of this sand washing machine is isolated from water and sand, which could greatly reduce the error rate of the machine.
Working Principle:
1. Electric motor rotates impeller slowly through V-belt and reduction box.
2. The sands rotate with the impeller and rub each other so that the impurities on the surface of the sands are scaled off.
3. By adding water to form a powerful current, the impurities are removed from the sand washing machine.
Features:
1. This sand washing machine is of simple structure. The driving device of the impeller is separated from water dirt and sand. This greatly reduces the fault rate.
2. Compared with traditional spiral sand washing machine, this sand washing machine has the following merits.
This machine causes little loss of fine aggregate and sand. It complies with national standards listed in Sand for Building Usage and Cobble and Aggregate for Building Usage.
This machine has almost no wearing parts except screen cloth.
This sand washing machine enjoys long service life and free maintenance.
