ZG Series Vibrating Feeder
ZG series vibrating feeder is a new kind of feeder. The series uses new vibrating motors as vibrating resource, the series have advantages such as simple structure, light weight, low noises, reliable operation, high feeder efficiency and easy maintenance and so on. The series products are widely used in the technical process such as automated control, quantitative package and so on. The series have become the ideal feeder in many industries such as mine, metallurgy, chemical industry , building materials, light industry, etc.
Principle and feature:
The new vibrating motors make the screen body periodical to-and-fro move along the direction of the trough to feed the materials symmetrically and quantitative. The series screen consist of vibrating motors, feed-trough and damping equipment.
Installation and maintenance:
The feeder should be installed at an angle of 10 degrees in order to keep the feeding steady and prevent the material discharge by itself. For the viscous material the products should be installed at an angle of 15 degrees.
The distance after installation between feeder and trough should be more than 20 mm; Pensile equipment should be jointed flexible.
Check bolts of every parts before non-load running; check especially whether the footing bolts of the motor are tightened. Bolts of every part must be tightened once again after the vibrating motor working continuously for 3-5 hours.
Check the spinning directions of two vibrating motors, make sure they are reverse.
Check the swing, electric current and noise stability of feeder during running usually, Stop the feeder when abnormity occurs.
Inject grease into bearings of vibrating motors once every two months, lubricating oil should be added every month.
