Conductive silicon inter-connector,also named zebra connector is applied on LCDs, remote control displays, telephones, mobiles, game boxes, computer screens. Its manufacturing process include raw material mixing , overlapping, molding , cutting , washing , inspection and packing .
Our factory have various kinds of inter-connector as following.
MG TYPE is used gold-plated particle in electric conductive rubber . Hard gold-plated particles make plastic contact to electrodes, the stable electric connection characteristic is obtained.
YS TYPE inter-connector consists of alternate layers of conductive and insulating rubber and of soft rubber insulators fitted on both sides. Since SP type have lower resistance than YP, it is particularly ideal for display with tall height, such as LCD with backlight.
YP TYPE, a general purpose inter-connector, is applicable to all types of products using LCD. Because two sides are covered with silicone sponge providing good insulation. This type of inter-connectors make products more reliable. Applications include such electronic products as calculator, cars audio, and toy.
YSI TYPE inter-connector consists of alternate layers of conductive and insulation silicon rubber. This compression-type connector make “random connection” possible with high reliability. This type of connector is applicable for the small-sized display used in watch or camera.
YL TYPE, the basic type for inter-connectors, is intend for small-sized LCD. Because conductive layers are exposed on four sides of the connector, a non-conductive housing should be used. Application include digital watch ,digital multi-meter etc.
