About the sample
Q:How much is the sample fee?
A:The account is up to your sample, usually it is 1-150 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
Q:Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
A:If your order quantity is more than 1000, the sample fee will be refunded to you.
Q:What is the sample time?
A:It is 3-7 days according to the different samples.

A:Our factory has 14 years experience in plush toys manufacture. And all of our workers have 10-20 years experience in plush toys. We check the finished toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.
Q:How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
A:Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.
