A manufactory that specialized engaged in large auto clutches,in particular clutch cover and clutch disc,nonstandard processing parts such as large metal stamping,large deep drawn parts and large sheet metal parts.
Now we have more than one hundred kinds of auto clutches with the specification from 180mm to 430mm,suitable for various kinds of models,like Jie Fang series,Dong Feng series,Styer and such domestic heavy truck series,and Mercedes Benz,Volvo,MAN,Mitsubishi,Isuzu,Hino,Hyundai,Daewoo and a variety of imported vehicles series.
Also,we have 200 Sets of stamping processing equipments,several advanced ramming assembly lines, the ramming tonnage covers 63 tons -2,000 tons,and multiple machines as the main production equipment in operation now,such as 125 tons,160 tons,250 tons,three 315 tons of single point closed stamping line,double point closed press 400 tons, 630 tons, 800 tons, two 1000 tons punching line, pure big dilute closed singlepoint 1,600 tons, two 2,000 tons of press machine.
