Round Steel Bar Rebar Thread Cutting Machine For Anchor Bolt Processing
Description
Anchor bolt threading machine is mainly used in cutting outside-cylinder screws for rough bolt, screw, pipe and turning work-piece. The main advantage is due to the machine carries with the iron connecting rod, so when the cutting threads reach desired length, tangential chaser can automatically open after the connecting rod drives. Besides, the speed of main shaft has several levels, making speed control easier.
The machine can fully satisfy the needs of bulk production for many industrial and mining enterprises.
When cutting threads, the work-piece must be clamped tightly on the holder’s jaw. Then moving the hand-wheel to approach tangential chaser installed on the main shaft and when the tangential chasers cut into a few threads, the machine can automatically make thread cutting.
